Every team works a little differently at Sunrun, but we are all dedicated to the idea of continuous learning and improvement. We teach and learn from one another, as well as learn from the best practices across different industries. Everyone contributes ideas, and each employee is critical to our ability to providing the best solar power service today.

Sunrun Fun Days
We hold quarterly company-wide outings, also known as "Sunrun Fun days," which have included BBQs along the San Francisco Marina and a San Francisco Giants baseball game.
Milestone Celebrations
We celebrate our successes with company-wide happy hours when we hit our goals.
Sunrunners
We love running together. We volunteer with Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, a running program for young girls, and participate in the JP Morgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge race.
Bagels & Briefs
We eat breakfast together on Mondays and share updates on successes and plans for the coming week - a great way to start the week together as a team.
Lunch & Learns
We regularly share what we've learned from each other, our work, and our customers in monthly Lunch & Learns.
Friday Lunches
We have weekly all-hands lunches on Fridays, an opportunity to come together, lunch, and celebrate the wins of the past week.
