Edward Fenster, Chief Executive Officer
Edward co-founded SunRun because he believes renewable energy is the key to environmental preservation and international harmony. Prior to starting SunRun, Ed was a founder of Transforma, CEO of Avestar-IP, and Director of Corporate Development at Asurion Corporation. With the Blackstone Group, Ed completed more than $10 billion in private equity and merger and acquisitions transactions. He is a member of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change and also serves as an Advisory Partner to Millennium Technology Value Partners. Ed holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from The Johns Hopkins University. He spends his free time composing and playing blues organ and piano.

Lynn Jurich, President
Lynn co-founded SunRun because she believes going green is the most important social objective and economic opportunity of the 21st Century. Previously Lynn was a member of the investment team at Summit Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm with over $9 billion under management. During her tenure at Summit Partners, Lynn completed investments with an aggregate market value of over $900 million in the financial services and technology sectors. Lynn holds an MBA and BS from Stanford University.
Board of Directors

David Buzby
David is a San Francisco based private equity investor and entrepreneur. Since 1991, he has been investing in early stage environmental and e-commerce companies, taking Board and/or senior management roles. He is currently the Chairman of SunEdison, LLC, a leading solar services company in the US and Europe; Lead Director and past Chairman of the Audit Committee of ValueClick, a leading on-line marketing company; Director of Xunlight, a thin-film flexible photovoltaic manufacturer; and an investor in other solar and recycling businesses. Previously he was on the Board of: Prevalent Power, a solar integrator, from its founding to subsequent sale; Best Internet, at the time the largest shared server host of web sites in the world, until its subsequent sale; as well as co-founded Resource Holdings, a multi-material recycler. Prior to this experience, David worked for a private leveraged buy-out group acquiring and operating manufacturing and distribution businesses as well as working for four years in international banking. David has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Charles Moldow
Charles joined Foundation Capital in 2005, with a background in general management, sales, marketing, product management, and business development. Before coming to Foundation Capital, he was part of two teams that successfully built companies from early start-up through greater than $100 million in sales and exits near or above a billion dollars. Prior to Foundation, Charles spent five years with Tellme Networks and was a member of the founding executive team. Prior to Tellme, Charles was a member of the founding team of Internet access provider @Home Network. Charles' entrepreneurial penchant dates back to 1989 when he co-founded OnTime Guide and PrimeTime Partners. Prior to that, Charles spent three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Merrill Lynch. Charles holds a BS degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from Harvard University.

Steve Vassallo
As a Principal at Foundation Capital, Steve focuses on new opportunities in Cleantech. An entrepreneur who lives at the intersection of business, technology, and design, Steve has spent the last 14 years launching and building a broad array of successful companies and products. Prior to joining Foundation Capital in 2007, Steve helped launch Ning, a consumer Internet service where anyone can create his or her own social network for anything. Prior to Ning, Steve was Director of Mechanical Engineering at Immersion, a development and licensing firm that pioneered tactile feedback and human touch technology. Prior to Immersion, Steve was a project leader and design engineer at IDEO, where he developed more than a dozen successful products for market leading companies including Cisco, Nike, BMW, Steelcase, McDonalds, and Caterpillar. Steve holds more than 20 patents and has received numerous product awards including Business Week Design of the Decade Award, IDEA99 Gold and Bronze Awards, NeoCon Gold and Most Innovative New Product Awards. Steve earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
