SunRun Strives for Grid Parity in Massachusetts

105643634We’re bicoastal!  As of this week, SunRun will be offering its solar service for the first time outside of California, starting with the great state of Massachusetts.   We chose Massachusetts for our very first expansion outside of California because of the great support that Governor Deval Patrick and the Massachusetts legislature have shown for renewable energy.

Not to brag, but we’re offering a pretty good deal.   Massachusetts homeowners can go solar for only $1,000 upfront and lock in a low fixed rate for solar electricity over the long-term.  The pricing that SunRun is able to offer Massachusetts residents is so good that it means that many residents will recover their initial costs in just two years, truly taking the risk out of solar and pushing residential solar closer to grid parity than ever before.

Solar is becoming an increasingly good deal for homeowners, and we’re excited to be a part of putting solar within reach for every homeowners.  If you’ve got friends in Massachusetts, be sure to let them know about SunRun affordable solar in Massachusetts.
