		<description>It&#039;s always surprising to me that people don&#039;t consider this when they invest in solar technology.  Clearly if you don&#039;t get a lot of sun on the panels, they aren&#039;t going to work properly.  It&#039;s like those solar parking meters, terrible idea because bad weather, darkness or shadows from trees and buildings mean that they won&#039;t operate properly.</description>
