What happens after I sign up with Sunrun?

Tom explains what happens after you sign up with Sunrun.

Hi, I'm Tom from Sunrun's Customer Care and I'm here to answer the question: What happens after I sign up?

Well first, you'll get a welcome call from Sunrun along with a packet of helpful information and that will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about the solar installation process.

Second, you'll get a call from your installer and they will set up a time that is convenient for you for the installation.

Third, the installation occurs and that can take anywhere from 2-5 days. After that you may have to wait upwards of 2-3 weeks in certain parts of the country for your utility to give you permission to turn on your system. That delay could happen because there's extraordinary demand in certain parts of the country.

Last, you'll be able to turn on your system and start enjoying solar power. Along the way we'll do our way to best expedite the process as much as possible and you're always welcome to call us if you have any questions.
