In Massachusetts, there's no such thing as slow adoption. After the success of their first Massachusettts home solar rebate program, Massachusetts launched a second home solar program: Commonwealth Solar II. Determined to lead in clean solar energy, Governor Deval Patrick aims to have 250MW of solar power installed by 2017.
