When you choose Sunrun Solar Service, you lock in a set rate for solar electricity for 20 years. This means 20 years from now, you will still be paying today's electricity prices. That's going to feel good.
When we install a system on your roof, Sunrun owns the panels, and we monitor them constantly:

- How do they watch? Using state-of-the-art technology and proprietary software systems.
- We catch problems and repair them, usually before you even notice an issue.
- Your home's snazzy Solar Stats are always viewable in your account online.
- So you can kick back and relax. Or go save dolphin babies.
Pricing: Pricing for your home is specific to your home. It depends on several factors, including how much electricity you use, the rates you pay for your electricity, and how good your roof is for solar. However, there are two main ways to pay:
Low Upfront: We'll get you as close to no money down as possible to switch to solar. It's likely that you'll fix your rate at something that is equal to or slightly less than what you pay today. Over time, you'll still save money but your savings will be modest initially.
Prepaid: If you've got money saved, you can choose to pay a little more upfront and lock in a lower electricity rate. You will see savings immediately, and more savings over time.
