SunRun provides a money-back performance guarantee.

When you purchase your own solar electric system, you pay a large sum of money and you are on the hook to make sure you get your money's worth. When you go solar with SunRun, it's our responsibility to make sure your system produces at its best capacity.

When you sign an agreement with SunRun, we promise that your system will make a specific amount of electricity - or your money back.

Because we owe you a refund when your system doesn't produce the amount of power we say it will, our goals are the same as yours: to make sure your system is always working as well as it should be.

Your SunRun agreement will tell you the exact refund amount we'll pay if we ever miss the mark.
