Sign our Home Solar Service Agreement

Once you decide to go solar with SunRun, you'll sign our agreement and make a $1,000 deposit.

Solar System Installation

Welcome to SunRun! Now that you're a customer, we'll collaborate with one of our expert installation partners to build the highest quality solar system on your roof or elsewhere on your property.

Start Saving

With SunRun, you pay for solar however best suits your spending and saving preferences. To avoid monthly bills, you can pay now for your next 18 years of solar power. Or, if you'd prefer to pay less today, you can use one of our solar financing options to pay for solar on a monthly basis after a minimal installation cost upfront.

Relax

Enjoy affordable solar power and complete peace of mind. With SunRun's Full System Management, we take care of all solar maintenance, monitoring, and system insurance.

End of Agreement

At the end of our 18 year agreement, you have several options. You can:

• 1. Have us remove the solar electric system for free
  Without charging you a cent, we'll take the solar panels off your roof. This is a good option if you anticipate upgrading to a new technology.
• 2. Renew the agreement
  You can keep buying affordable solar power from your roof by renewing the agreement. If you do, the new price for your solar power will be 10% less than the utility's lowest rate at that time. You will continue to enjoy SunRun's Full System Management.
• 3. Purchase the system
  At the end of the agreement you can choose to purchase the system for a minimal amount that is set from the beginning. It's usually a few thousand dollars, depending on your system size. Most of our customers plan to purchase the system at the end of 18 years knowing it will keep making solar electricity for well over 25 years.
